Completing this Questionnaire is in no way a commitment on your part to purchase a puppy, nor on our part to sell you a puppy. It is simply a way to get to know you better.

 

Once applications are received and reviewed, FaceTime/Zoom interviews will start to firm up homes.  The puppy list is currently being compiled.
